sleep deprivation, stress, high blood pressure

Can severe sleep deprivation, high blood pressure and high stress cause death?  Does ur body stop functioning after weeks of lack of sleep and stress and high blood pressure?  What could happen?

Hi,
You need to be a little more specific about your symptoms. Are you talking about yourself or someone you know? What is the blood pressure? How many nights without sleep? Have any medication been taken for these? Has an appointment with the physician been taken? What is the stress precipitating factor? You need to consult a physician or a psychologist rather than wonder about the symptoms causing death. Relax and schedule an appointment. Goodluck.

Hi.

There have been cases of deaths due to extreme sleep deprivation and raised blood pressure. But these act as the triggers for some other process already going on.

Hope it helps.
