wakes up very very tired from continous dreams.

Hello,

As soon as I go to bed, I start dreaming immediately. There will be a lot of things happening at the same time. My brain runs like a machine. I will usually get tired and feel like sleeping more rather than waking up. If I remember last few points from my dream and when I try analyse those, nothing make sense. I have this situation from a long time, and I am really worried about it.

Hi, your symptoms are suggestive of dream anxiety disorder, which is a sleep disorder characterized by frequent vivid dreams. It usually occur during the second half of the sleeping process, called the REM stage. It can occur normally in persons but in this disorder it occurs at higher frequency. The past event has a left a impact in your mind and hence there is persistent sense of insecurity in your sub conscious mind.

This disorder can be managed by self by alleviating the home and personal life related stress particularly before going to bed.  A regular fitness routine, Yoga and meditation can also help to eliminate stress and create a more peaceful sleeping atmosphere and provides a relaxed state of mind. Psychotherapy can also help you to learn how to cope and deal with the various stressors in your life.

Do not worry, follow the above mentioned methods and the symptoms will alleviate soon. I suggest you to consult psychiatrist. Take care and regards.

Hello,

I have the same problem for the last few months! I dream a lot and the worst thing is that I remember everything! It's so exhausting because I am aware of another whole world and I remember every detail of it. That's too much for one brain! I am not well-rested and I am so tensed! I have a very busy life and I really need a good night sleep! But, instead I rest, I am full of new informations that is very disturbing! When we sleep it's like we are "charging batteries". If we can't "charge them", that's bad and serious and reflects on the health and on the everyday responsabilities...
I am so worried, so that's why I joined this forum, to find out more, to get some suggestions and share experiences... And I see I am not the only one with this kind of problem...
I posted my problem on the forum and I got some answers from some memebers of the forum. I wouldn't like to re-tell them to you, because I don't wan't to miss something, so it's better to see them by yourself. Try to find the posts "disturbed sleep" and "Dreaming a lot and remembering every detail. Exhausting. Anyone?" on this forum and maybe you will find those disscussions helpful.
