Quit Smoking 6 days ago and full of energy?
Okay I quit smoking 6 days ago and I have been full of energy for the past 4 days or so.  I mean like I've got a motor pushing me.  It's crazy insane.  GOOD but crazy.  I'm so full of energy I don't know what to do with it.  I have to be careful as I'm on workmens comp for a back injury and just had surgery last month!!  But I feel like I want to run a marathon and let me tell you I'm not in great shape I'm a mother of four and you can tell!!!  I'm working on that too tho!  Anyone else have this "insane energy" from quiting smoking?

Well congratulations on day 6!  Isn't the energy amazing!  I initially quit last July, but relapsed in Oct until Nov27th which is now my official quit date.  My relapse was small, only 1-2 cigs a day and sometimes none a day, but I could tell the difference in my energy and pain levels.  Amazing what just one cig a day will do.  Now, my house has never been cleaner and I''ve been walking every day for 5mo and barely watch T.V. because I have just feel so much better.  For me, the "insane" energy leveled off into a more even feeling after about a month.

Best of luck to you and keep us posted.
