I am 22 year old boy. I am addicted to smoking cigrate but i have controlled this habit to some extent , now m smoking max 1 cigrate a day.. so can anybody tell me is it still a bad thing or i can continue this with some sort of good eating and excersising regularly.... i am smoking from 1 year only...

My boyfriend recently quit smoking, he's 16 by the way /: I don't know how easy it was for him since he lives with smokers and is around smokers but he apparently mannaged. I highly reccomend an electric ciggarette. They still have a ciggarette taste but it's not a problem. Your gonna cough up tar If your a deep heavy smoker, it's normal. It means your lungs can't react to the tar right. So really buy an electric ciggarette.
