help to quit smoking

My husband is a smoker and I want him to start quitting for his health and plus it will help us save money.  any advice,  suggestions?

A real talk with your husband will do. But do it in a nice way of course. You can explain to him the negative effects of cigarette smoking, and you don't want him to suffer from its painful effects, that you want him to live longer for your family especially for your children. You can both research of other alternative to lessen his cravings for cigarette and eventually quit it for good. What else, you can also try asking him if you can both participate in more physical activities. Yes he keeps talking about how he's going to.  He bought a e cig and keeps says he's going to talk to his dr but he hasn't talked to his dr and he keeps smoking the same amount
