there are a lot of ways to quit smoking one is using electric cigarettes, which you can use as an alternative to real ones the advantage of it you can adjust the nicotine content of it, if you want to make it lower and lower. Another is to quit smoking little by little, just minus 1 stick per week from your regular number of sticks.
It's a tough thing, but if you really want to quit, you are just going to have to commit to it and get it done.
There are no easy answers, there is no easy way, just willpower and understanding why you do it. Educating yourself on the reasons you do it and the triggers so you can work on it.
There are lots of great articles on whyquit.com which have helped me a great deal and hopefully they will help you too.
