I went to my local Barnes and Nobel. I bought a book called, "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking," by "Allen Carr". I read the whole 120+ page book in two days (it's really a rather easy read). Then I just stopped because there was no reason I shouldn't. I had no withdrawal effects (most people don't realize that physically nicotine withdrawals are so minimal that you wouldn't even notice them) and I've been happy the whole time. No want for one, no need for one. Just done and I have never been happier. I smoked for over 16 years, was at one point a "confirmed" smoker who would have rather died earlier than lived without cigarettes. I stopped with my first pregnancy, only to start up again when he was 4 because I only did it for him, not for me. This time, I know with 100% certainty I will never put another cigarette in my mouth again because it does NOTHING for me. Cigarettes don't do anything physically, emotionally or mentally for anyone. This is proven. If you really want to stop smoking and be happy about it, just go get the book. It has a 95% success rate. That is more than all other ways to quit COMBINED. You'll be happy you did. Just make sure you read it ALL THE WAY THROUGH 100% :) It's enlightening, inspiring and makes quitting not only easy, but enjoyable!
