Right side vocal cord and half tongue paralized

An ENT specialist has diagnosed that my right side vocal cord is paralyzed. I later felt that my tongue (right side) upper/lower sides of tongue is affecting by paralysis too as my half tongue looks different with a white layer in the morning & I feel easy to masticate food with left side rather than right side.

as a result, my talking ability has been affected (horseness in my voice and lesser in volume). is it curable?

I am a hypertensive patient, which was started with my above disease at about one year which becomes severe for the last six months.
