18yo weird symptoms looking for an answer

Ok I dont really know where to put this but this was the closest thing I could find. Im an 18yo im 6'3 weigh about 260-270 pounds. So im overweight and Dont do too much to exercise except for my high school gym class. Im going to be completely honest and say exactly what happened. I smoked  weed right when I woke up. I dont normally do this but every oonce in a while and have never had a problem. Well I was downstairs in the basement lying in my bed when my upper/middle right chest and right arm starting hurting. It felt like all the blood was rushing to my face. I went upstairs and talked to my friends dad about it. My hands and feet starting to get pale and a little purpleish. It kept feeling like all the blood was rushing to my head and then it felt like all the blood would leave my face. It kept going like back and forth. My face would get really pale whenever it felt like all the blood went away. Idk if its normal or not but sometimes my arm or leg/foot will go numb and tingle. If I stay up longer than I normally do my right arm tends to hurt. My reactions were really delayed and it was hard to talk. At one point my feet legs didnt move right away and they just like shaked a little and then moved. When we went in the car I just felt extremely cold and shakey with the same headrush/ light headed feeling. Idk its hard to describe this stuff because it has never happened to me. I normally do not go to the doctor unless I actually do feel really sick. My stomach was hurting and I felt like throwing up too. I had very bad heart burn that would keep coming up. When I tried getting up, everything would just start getting dark and I felt like I was going to pass out/ fall over. When we were driving in, all the light on the snow hurt really bad. Like way worse than normal and it just killed my head. When i went to the doctor they did xrays and a blood test. My blood pressure was normal I guess because they didnt say anything but he did say my blood sugar was a little low and I should see my normal doctor to make sure its all good and normal. They also hooked me up to a bag of saleen solution i think they called it which i think is just water. So I think they may have said I was a little dehydrated. Before I left to go with the doctor I tried taking a pee but nothing came out. He also said I may be constipated from what he saw in the xray. Ive been constipated before but have never had pains or feelings even close to that. He said that could have been the pain in my side. Also to let you know I had only about 3-4 hours alseep and i was very tired. Idk all this stuff just kind of makes me nervous and im looking for a legitimate answer. O and I also had like a spintering pain in my head. The only way i can describe it was like a splintering/ sharp spiney pain in my head. It didnt keep up but i thought it was worth mentioning. Anyway any help would be VERY appreciated. Is there anything I should watch out for in the mean time and try not to do. Ive never felt like this before and dont want to have to go through that again.

well, if the doctors did not seem to worry that much, i'm pretty sure you were fine. this incident u had could have just been a result of all those things u mentioned happening at once: the dehydration, constipation, overweight, and pot-smoking. Just keep up with the doctor every once in a while to make sure things are going ok.

also, a similar situation happened with my cousin. and i don't think it sounded as bad as your situation, but it was still bad. his incident occurred because he had pot that was laced with something. so, who ever you got the pot from may not have been a reliable source. and it may not have been from the person who gave it to you, but the person who gave it that person, and so on.

just be VERY careful when you are dealing with drugs (you really shouldn't deal with drugs anyway). pot may not seem serious, and you can't really get an overdose from it, but you never know what might happen.

Well, dehydration can certainly cause a lot of those symptoms; the headaches, constipation, and even dizziness and nausea, so make sure you are drinking plenty of water. They ran blood work on you which is good. The low blood sugar you should watch. Many times diabetes can start with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and the extra weight can bring on diabetes sooner in your life. I'm not going to tell you you should lose weight because you already know that, but I do think you should be under a doctor's care and watch that blood sugar. If you can at least try and get a little exercise every day, that could do wonders. Even if it's just walking.
I'm wondering if you might have a circulation problem? You might want to ask the doctor about that. I'm saying that because you said your hands and feet get cold and numb. The body will pull blood from the extremities when it's not getting enough to the heart, lungs and major organs. The fact that it was your right arm that went numb and not your left is good because the signs of a heart attack would be the left arm going numb and chest pain. And I know you're young but even young people can have a heart attack. Your body is having to work harder because of the extra weight and that does put a strain on your heart, so if you can try to lose even a little weight that could help a lot. I know how hard it is. That's why I said to do all of this under a doctor's care. You need support. You're young so that's a plus on your side!

I would stay away from the pot and cigarettes as that can cause constriction on your blood vessels. Try and get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water and try and eat as healthy as you can. Also get a little exercise every day and see if doing all of that will make you feel better. I think it will! I wish you well. Take care.
