Am I starting my period soon?

I've been having discharge (white-ish) stuff in my underwear for a couple of months now intact in about 1-2months I'd be having it for 1 year, bit it's managable. I've already developed some pubic hair down below but none on the armpits.I've also been having really bad cramps almost every day in my lower stomach and sometimes its bloaty and when I press on it it has sharp pains this has been happening for a long time I'm now I'm kind of worried that maybe it's something else.should I be prepared? How long do you think I have because my cramps are so bad sometimes I want to cry? By the way I'm 12 years old.what should I do? Plz help and now I can't stop thinking about it !
