Constant conversations in my head

Ok, i tend to hold entire conversations in my head. Lately, it has gotten really bad. I will "talk" to the people in my head all the time that I am not having a direct conversation with someone else (unless i space out and hold a convo. in my head). These conversations/daydreams are held whenver: ex- washing dishes, standing, washing hands, shower, ect. These people seem so real, even though i know they're not real. I even started crying when one of the people in my ( a guy who floats upside down, who lives in an igloo in the snow), got sick. Im not sure what this is! please help!
I am 15 years old.

I do this all the time.  I talk to myself when I'm bored or trying to figure out a problem.  To me, I think it's the whole Angel and demon on either shoulders.  have you ever talked to these "people" regarding a problem you may have?

Do you take any form of drugs? Sometimes even when you are not in use or when you are trying to quit this can happen.
