Constantly in a daze...

I'm 18 and for a couple years now I will occassionally get these horrible headaches. Also, I have this uncontrollable twitching that happens randomly throughout the day. Usually on my face but my arms will twitch suddenly where my arm will move without me purposly moving it.
When I do get the bad headaches it's usually in specific spots... On the side of my head near the top usually on the left. And other times it will be in the bad near the middle of my head towards the left side.
Throughout the day I am in a daze. Sometimes I feeel like certain things aren't real. I get very confused sometimes I feel like I'm just dreaming. The days go by in a haze.
I've also always had a horrible memory bu within the last two years it has definitely gotten worse. I can barely remember what I did a week ago.

Any help would be great. Also I am an 18 year old female.
Thanks

Do you feel stressed out? Stress can cause many physical symptoms and can cause everything you described. If you feel stressed, try different relaxation techniques to help you cope or anything else that may release stress.
