Fear of Kissing

I have this fear of germs that seemed to evolved over time. At first it was just started with a fear of kissing but sometimes it involves touching things that i fear has germs. Now my fear of kissing is even worse, im dating someone at the moment and I would like to kiss them soon. But the thought of living bacteria going into my mouth grosses me out. How can i overcome this fear of germs before its too late. (and please i don't want a list of things that support why i should be afraid of kissing germs because someone did that once and from seeing how it affected me it clearly didn't work.)

you need to see you doc about ocd for a start , it can be helped ! my husband has ocd and had this problem 13 years ago . (they help you to control it ) thank god they did help else we would not have 2 beautiful children in the world ! please get help x x

in the past school year i went out with 4 girls. i currently have a gf (i kept one of the girls that i went out with) and we have been together for 2 motnsh

just dont hesitate
you hesitate and you wont be able to do it
i was the shiest guy in school last year. i could bearly even talk to the girl that im going out with right now (ive been her best friend for a year and a half and chasing after her for most of that time)
i finally got the guts to ask her out
i did it by throwing all possibilities aside and hoping for the best
just kiss her and dont even think about it. thats about all the advice  i can give you
