Growing and bone popping

ok so i just actually passed my teen year this march and now 20 and im wondering if im still growing. Now the thing is i had a chronic bad digestion problem(number 2 every 2 or 3 days before )but only recently has this been significantly better. I had horrible acne which cleared up (doctors told me the digestion was an issue). And I relative look like the age of 15-16 with a not completely matured voice (what i think). So does this mean my growth was stunted? Recently i've been exercising alot more than before, before it was school then home computer for the rest of the day. I gained weight which is looking from anorexic skinny to normal really skinny. But recently my bones started popping like crazy in the back spine and the tones and wrists all the time.

1. Is this my body trying to correct itself after all these years?
2. Can I catch up at the age of 20 for growing?

If so, whats the best lifestyle i can do? I picked up karate these days but more suggestions will help.

apparently bone poping is due to low potassium. Doc said i should eat more bananas  and stuff.
