HAVE I BEEN POISONED?!?!?!?!?!

i recently discovered pronounced horizontal lines across my fingernails.....there is a very thinck line and a few thin ones below it, on each nail.  i don't know what this means, but i have seen similar lines on CSI when it was said that the person who had these lines was being slowly poisoned by arsenic....COULD I BE BEING POISONED? WHETHER ACCIDENTALLY OR PURPOSELY?  ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING I HAVE BEEN HAVING STOMACH CRAMPS, CHEST PAINS, EXHAUSTION, AND POSSIBLE DEPRESSION SYMPTOMS?

Do you really think someone is poisoning you? I think you're probably just watching too much TV, lol.
Ok, I googled it and the answers I got were it can mean nutitional dificianies, crash dieting or trauma can cause it. Also a lack of vitamin E can cause it. It can also mean heavy metal poisoning. You can get your water checked for that and get a blood test to see if that's what it is. Chances are it's simply a nutritional dificiancy. Watch your diet and make sure you're eating enough variety of healthful foods. Hope this helps.
