Thankss so much ! and I quess thats true, i wasnt born with it myselp , i grew into it later in my years .
Genetics is only partially responsible for asthma, but there are many other reasons for why someone would develop this condition. Just because you have asthma does not mean your baby will. The other part to the risk factor for getting asthma is the environment(air pollution) and a person's immune system. There really isn't much you can do to prevent it, other than maybe moving to a rural place, though I don't see that as very realistic. I wouldn't worry about it right now. You really don't know if he or she will develop it at all, so just try to stay healthy yourself.
