PLZ HELP IDK WHAT THiS is!!!

Hi I'm a 14.5 year old male, I masturbate to much like everyday, and my penis has this wierd  brown spot thing on the backside and it has like as if holes, but they seem to have happened for stretching to hard and roughness, I never used lube really and like the brown spot scares me like idk what to do or what it seems like the skin is slowly tearing, and then connected to this brown spot is a vein and it runs on the left side of my penis all the way to the top never feel pain or anything except sometimes it gets veryyyy itchy but that is fading a bit I'm gonna stop masturbating and see if that helps plz respond if very worried and idk if this is a tumor or cancer I just hope it's somethin simple like out cream on and it's gone or something. PLZ HELp ME!! Respond ASAP

Thank you very much is there any chance this is cancer or a tumor or something major like that ANY chances here? Its a brown patch like i said

Yes, you may have a small tear. Go without masturbating for awhile to see if it heals up. Give it about a week if possible. If it heals you know it was a small tear. If it doesn't heal you really should see your Dr. You don't have to tell your parents what's going on. Just tell them you have something unusual going on with your penis and need to have it checked out. Your Dr will say nothing to them. When it heals make sure you use something for lubrication. A non scented lotion will probably work and not cause irritation.
