Racing heart, exhausted, breathing, it all

Hay, I'm a 14 year old female and I've got tons of issues. I just whent to the doctor but I'm still wondering tons! To start off, I'm in swimming. I swim everyday for 2 hours. I'm pretty good at it, but still building up strength. I'm not fully to my best yet, but I've been haveing tons of problems that kind of scare me. First if you need to know more, I'm 5'5" and about 110lbs. I was once 95lbs, due to a starvation diet, and it had been a few months sence I had my period. Yes, I lost it. I've been having trubbles breathing and I feel like crap!

1. I'm fatigued all the time now. I get about 7 hours of sleep each night.
2. my eyes hurt, like again, fatigued. I have contacts/glasses and I wear my contacts all day and never sleep in them. It's kind of hurts to move them, like looking out the corner of my eye.
3. My head hurts so bad, like no to bad but mostly movement, seeing movement or me moving.
4. I feel like I'm drowning and this really scares me. I can swim, I take enugh breaths but it feels like I can't breath, even at rest. Right now I'm sitting down, and I'm struggling to breath.
5. I pee a lot! Like a lot! I'm waking up 5 times a nigh just to pee. I don't drink any soda or caffeine, just water and occanally milk. It also comes out clear. Like no color at all. I'm not over drinking either.
6. My heart rate is so messed up. At times when the other swimmers are down to 110 I might be at 180. Or when I'm at rest or right after I eat it goes up really high. Also when other swimmers heart rate is 170-180 (a nice work out) I might be so low! Like 80-90 and a few times it was 70 and I felt like a dead zombie.
7. More about my breathing (because this scares me the most) at the doctor she looked up my nose and it was swollen. I'm sure the pool water is part of it but even on the weekends when I don't swim I'm fighting to breath. I also can't take a huge breath without choughing and choking. I also make noise when I breath. Almost like a overweight person trying to catch their breath.
8. Hot and cold, sometimes I get so hot, usually at night when it drops to 50° F or lower I'll wake up sweating out the great lakes and racing heart. Or when it's 80° F out I might be bitching bout how cold it is. This is not good for swimming. I don't over heat in the pool, but I sometimes freeze.
9. Bingeing. I binge horribly. I know I'm still a little underweight but I try eating healthy. I whent from 95 to 110 in maybe 3 weeks. Why? Because I binged everyday. I know try eating healthy, getting all the nessisarys in for the day, I usually do but I get more. Like to day I was doing great on eating healthy. Cereal for breakfast, swimming, carrots a salad and a banana for a snack, lunch is wear I failed. Soup yogurt and toast, then I binged and ate 25 cookies! I've had way worse before but now my stomach hurts and I'm mad at myself for eating that manny! Those cookies added up to over 2,000 calories alone. I would have rather eaten 2,000 calories in apples or what ever.

So that's what I go threw on a daily baisis. I really want to be good at swimming and be healthy. I also don't want to over eat and become over weight. I also don't want to feel like I'm drowning even in air. What could it be? Why is this happening? I'm scard and I just want to be the best in swimming. I have the right tecneack but I'm just fatigued all the time and I do eat enugh, so don't accuse me of that. I just want to be healthy for swimming.

Thanks :)
