is it because im white?

so i am a white female. now, this can be completely exagerated to the point where I have had my friends call me opaque or albino when im really not. I just showed symptoms of being allergic to the sun and it really *****, i have gotten blisters in the past from being in the sun too long, but this time it was big white welts all over the sun burned area so it got me a little concerned but then it went away.

well now im noticing other things that are wierd about my skin as well. such as lately when i get a little warmer than usual the veins on my hands, arms, legs, and chest become more visible. they are already pretty easy to see but now when im too warm they show up almost like they could bust through my skin and im actually kinda freaked out about it.

if anyone has any advice as to what may be the cause of all of this or any ideas or something??

yes i am very fair skinned and like i mentioned, possibly mildly allergic to the sun so i tend to stay away from the sun at all costs. including tanning beds and beaches.

and the people at the lab in my hospital say my veins are closer to the skin than usual because they give them good blood and sometimes more than they want.

my question is, does body temperature highten that? as in, does a higher body temperature make the veins more noticable or is there another reason? im sure its normal and im sure im not gunna explode or anything im just curious.

It sounds like you are fair skinned. Fair skinned people do burn easier so be careful to wear sunscreen. The fact that you can see your veins is also common in fair skinned people, especially if the veins are close to the skin. Everyone's different but I wouldn't worry about it. Everything sounds pretty normal to me.
