Smoking weed

I'm 18 and i smoke a fair amount of weed,  not daily anymore, but i had smoked daily at least three times a day for 5 months or so. No i smoke whenever sparatically. But when i smoke my chest gets a sort of tingling tightness. I havent ever had this happen to me before until i had a sinus infection and i still smoked. But now almost every time i smoke i get this feeling. I dont cough or anything i just get this discomfort. I want to know if this is benign and nothing t worry about or if its serious. Other than smoking i am a healthy kid and i dont get this feeling anyother time except for when i smoke.
Comments please...i know there are a ton of people out there that smoke

No when it happens i am breathing normally. And of course i do at times get anxious or nervous when i smoke weed, but that comes with the territory of doing drugs. But that is easily controlled once i get a grip and it lasts for a few minutes or so. I have to problem with anxiousness or nervousness. It isnt a choking feeling either and like i said my breathing is normal. But i feel the discomfort in my chest almost immediately after my first hit, and it doesnt always last too long either for 30 minutes or so maybe

Is is a suffocating feeling? Is it a feeling of nervousness or anxiety? A choking feeling? Do you breath real fast when it is happening?
