Ask your mum to make a doctor's appointment for a checkup and you can discuss your feelings with him/her.  Or don't give up trying to talk to your mum about this.  It will be better if you do.

Hi thanks for your reply. I tried telling my mum a couple of times but the words won't come out. And we don't have a school counsellor anymore and no favourite teachers because they have all left. ( are school is really bad!)

Thank you for your help.

Mention your feelings to one or both of your parents.  You could go in for a checkup with your family doctor, and at that time describe your feelings.  He/she may refer you to a counselor.  Another option is to see your school counselor in private for help with this, or a favorite teacher.
