I have had this clear or white stuff coming out of my vagina for about a year now. I haven't had my period yet and never have had sex. I'm 14 if that helps. Is it some type of infection!?!?

It's called vaginal discharge and it's completely normal. Every woman gets it and it is nothing to worry about. If it's a different color other than clear or white, looks very clumpy(like cottage cheese), or has a strong fishy odor, it may be a sign of infection, but other than that it's normal to have.
