chest pain

I am sixteen years old. I am an asthmatic, although it rarely troubles me and I use my inhaler on a very rare basis. I have been on and off sick with the flu and I'm relatively sure I haven't recovered one hundred percent. However, lately I have begun to feel a significant tightness of my chest - to the point where it's panicking. There is also pain in the left side of my chest and the sensation of pins and needles. With a few minutes of steady breathing the panic goes away, but the feeling of a weight on my chest does not. In the past four months I have been smoking the equivalent of a joint every day (marijuana) and been exposed to a decent amount of second-hand smoke. Before this I have never really been exposed to second-hand smoke nor smoke at all. At the doctor's, my vitals all seemed o be fine. 95-100% blood oxygen levels, pulse between 60 and 80, etc. I am not particularly bothered by the pain nor the tightness when exercising. I am worried that I may have angina or something along those lines. It is very worrisome (even though I seem to be okay.) From today on I have decided to stop smoking and keep my marijuana usage solely to edibles and vaporizer. Nonetheless, this tightness does not seem normal. ANY IDEAS?
Thank you.

I believe that it was the smoking causing it - two days without has left me feeling significantly better. Obviously winter wasn't the best season to indulge =p. Thank you.

It could be many things.. The first that comes to mind is that it is just you panicking, causing this feeling. Panick attacks can make it hard ti breath. Another possibility is the beginning of pneumonia from you not being over your cold. A third could be that you need to use your inhaler more often. It's really hard to tell from the information given.
