genital abnormality

My teenage daughther has developed extra skin in the vaginal area. It almost looks like an underdeveloped scrotum. What could this be?

sure its not just an enlarged labia? if your worried ask a GP, and get your daughter to have it checked out. usually excess skin is nothing to worry about, but if its causing a problem, or she is self conscious about it, you can get the excess skin removed by a cosmetic surgeon when she's old enough.
