hi i need ur help
my **** is a bit swollen (the head)
the head UNDERNEATH is a bit swollen.its itchy and once i stop i cant stop.also when i itch small bits come out (yellow/orange bits?)
any idea?

pull the foreskin back all the way, and run warm water over it for a while. Its not recommended to use anything on the inside of your foreskin anymore than you would use soap in your mouth, you dont want to dry out the natural mucus membrane. If its really bad use dove or another extremely mild soap, aveno bath soaks are really good too.
well the bits went tday but itchiness has gone down too but still a bit,but nunderanath is still swollen.

sounds like a bit of a fungal infection, try washing well for a few days and if that doesnt work go to the doctor for his diagnosis and possibly some topical ointment/cream.
