help please

i've been having cramping around my thigh region like menstrual cramps for about a month now... but no period. then a few days ago i started having pains in my lower left abdomen, and occassionally it started on the right side now too. does anyone know what this could be from? i have heard ovarian cysts? im not sure. i've taken 2 pregnancy tests and they both came out negative.. plus i havent really done anything since october. could someone please help, i dont know what to do

i would go to the doctor and have them check you for hip failure or colon cancer. just get a normal routine checkup, and have them check you for everything, that way u can be positive.

yeah its like that but i havent had my period since june. now cramps are really light but theyre not in just one particular spot. its really weird

you know some times I get that too
when you get your period ,around the forth day do you get nausea and light headedness? like you'll throw up and pass out?
