It could be keratosis, not sure if I spelled that right or not. Many people have it. Try to go gluten free, no bread or products that contain gluten. I had the same thing on my arms and legs and when I researched it, it talked about being gluten intolerant. Once I quit eating anything with gluten the bumps went away.

Could be excema or "chicken skin" as people call it. Try to exfoliate those areas and apply cetaphil to it which is a great moisturizer if it turns out to be either.
