I agree. The operative word here is that she MIGHT be pregnant. The best thing you can do is to simply listen to her fears. If it turns out she IS pregnent, it's going to be a hard road for her and telling her parents isn't going to be easy by any means. Maybe, if she is pregnant, you can go with her while she tells her parents. Their reaction may be less intense if she has a friend by her side.
Well, first thing is that you have to wait until she knows if she is pregnant or not, after her period comes. Your friend trusts you enough to confide in you about this and is looking for your support. Maybe you can go with her to the store to buy a home pregnancy test if her period is late. If she is late, she should take the test with first morning urine right when she wakes up for it to be more accurate(hormone levels will be in a higher concentration in the morning). Then depending on if the test is positive or negative, you can go from there. If it's positive, I would say to ask her to talk to her parents about it. She should tell them, as scary as that is. If it is negative, then I would say she should look into using some sort of birth control. Having a baby is no small thing and is very serious. She needs to be responsible and take precautions. Good luck
