need advice please help!!

I have three very small bumps on my very upper thigh near my private area.  They don't hurt at all or itch but they become red if I rub them.  I'm sexually active with my boyfriend of three years but have not had sex. I'm not sure what these bumps are but they have not always been there. I thought they might be caused from shaving but I really don't know. what could this be??

the bumps do not look like razor burn at all. they're raised and almost look like small pimples. could this be an std?
