sick and don't know why

I am 15 and since last November, I have severe pain in my chest, tightening, and it goes around to my back.  I get so much pain I end up throwing up sometimes. One heart doc said it was cuz my pulse never slowed down and stayed too high even sleeping, and he put me on a beta blocker, which wasn't helping, then he sent me to a pediatric heart specialist which told me it's 100 percent nOT my heart, even though it skips and I should check into pain management classes, it's getting worse, the pain is going down my left arm now, and it's interfering with me eating, working, and having fun.  I can't run, or the pain hurts so bad I pass out, so I had to quit soccer, and I just feel like ****!!!!!!  I don't know where to go or who to believe.....

I didn't catch whether you are a boy or girl.  If you have pain in your chest and are female, it could be signs of fibrocystic breast disease.  My sister gets a pain/tightening of the chest because of it, and it is spurred on whenever she consumes chocolate.

there is not much you can do.... except keep going to different doctors until somebody believes what you say is going on and can correctly diagnose you.  You may have allergies of some sort that is affecting your system, or it could be as simple as having a pinched nerve somewhere in your system that is affecting the **signals** to your body (you could see a chiropractor)....  If you are having tingling/pain in your arms, it could be that you have slipped a disc in your back (from what I've been told - this has a tendancy to affect your nerves).....
