thanks for the response.
m neither pregnant nor have sex and taken any kind of ocps yet in my life. i  dont smoke or have any of the disease u mentioned as far as i know,i once had thyroid examination and was normal. when i consulted dermatologist he said it may be due to sun exposure. this pigmentation gets much better during winter time. but summer its very troublesome n gets more blackish with sun exposure. i have one problem---4 years ago i had bleeding per rectum during defecation only once and got diagnosed as piles. but constipation rarely is my problem. after that i have only two episodes of bleeding per rectum during defecation and a small mass protruding bleeding during defecation m not sure whether it can lead to such or not.  though i have not visited any gynecologist but my USG shows normal finding,

shall visit nearby hospital soon n wait for ur response as well
shall let u know any solution are found
thank u once again

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Dark spots could be due to hyperpigmentation, friction with clothes, sweat dermatitis, vitamin deficiency, dry skin, adrenal gland disorders, PCOD, thyroid problems, seborrhaic warts, moles etc. If you are pregnant then they can be melasma, and will disappear with pregnancy. Hyperpigmentation can also occur due to smoking, haemochromatosis, mercury poisoning, tinea (fungal) infection, or due to celiac disease. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining them.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral to a gynecologist and a skin specialist. Treating the cause will eliminate the spots. Take care!
