i was just wondering what is the best way to lose weight?

The best way to lose weight in a healthy way, is to eat multiple small, healthy meals(maybe 4 or 5 small meals, instead of a large 3 meals), which will help your body digest food easier and keep your metabolism higher. Also to do different exercise routines and switch it up every so often. You should do both cardiovascular exercises, like running, swimming, etc and weight training/resistance exercises, like push ups(using your own body weight as a weight), lifting weights, etc. Lifting weights and weight exercises will not make you look bulking and big(unless done in excess), but will help to tone your body.

exersise dailey, (dont over do it) and eat healthy meals, (salads, and baisically what sweetpea03 said)
oh and a good fun sport to do is ice skating. if there is a nice rink near you, go skate around the rink for an hour. it is great exersise and burns a lot of calories (assuming you have strong ankles and properly laced skates)
