What might these startling symptoms suggest, and what can be done to remedy them?

My 15 year old friend had unprotected sex 2 days ago. The following day, less than 24 hours later, she took emergency contraception. She threw up fewer than 2 hours later, so she took another dose. She still felt very sick, but she managed not to vomit for well over 2 hours. Since then, she has thrown up many times. Today, the day after she took the morning after pill, she has a fever of 104 degrees and feels dizzy. Her stomach still hurts and she's throwing up. She just took ibuprofen to lessen the fever.
However, she refuses to see a doctor. I have no power to force her to go anywhere, but I'm very concerned about her symptoms. What can she do at home to help her fever, and how serious is her problem?
