I think my 14 y/o girlfriend is pregnant but we are virgins

my girlfriend (14) and I (13) definitely wanted to wait until marriage to have sex... we've been dating for multiple years now and we have done many things including oral... The last time I went to her house, we rubbed our genitals against each other... after the fact we regretted it and promised to never do it again. She has an app that tells her when she should have her period... She said she thinks it is going to come soon and the app says she should have it within 2 days... I am still very scared... we are both virgins and religious and her parents don't even think we kiss often... what do I do and is there a chance she is pregnant... I did not ejaculate and I hadn't ejaculated days before this happened...

This right here proves how terrible sex education is for our youth! If schools taught a more comprehensive sexual health class we wouldn't end up with so many young parents who didn't know what they were doing. I heard an "old wives tale" that teenagers actually believe that they won't get pregnant if the girls on top or my favorite, that pulling out prior to ejaculation prevents pregnancy! These are not true. Pre ejaculation is fertile and can cause pregnancy. However, you do have to have penetration to cause pregnancy. As long as you were only on the outside of her genitalia you two will be fine. Please talk to a trusted adult about sex and practicing sex safely prior to acting. Even if its just your school counselor, and ask questions! There's nothing wrong with being curious, but it's best to get as much information as you can do that you'll be safe.

No you can not get her pregnant just from rubbing together. You would have to penetrate. And stress will cause for her period to be late.. you both with be fine.. if your really worried get a pregnancy test.

okay thank you and that is what I have thought but we cannot acquire a pregnancy test without telling our parents anything and I know that my parents will immediately think I'm lying. should I just wait and see if she will have her period before saying anything?
