Like Annibrooke said, use protection. It's so easy to get these days. A trip to a woman's clinic to decide what kind of birth control is best for you. There are condoms, which will not only protect you from pregnancy but STD's too. There are birth control pills, the implant and many other forms of birth control.
Many young women get pregnant because they're in the heat of the moment without any birth control. They think it can't happen to them but it happens a lot. Please be smart and get on birth control to protect yourself. You're only 14 years old. What would you do if you got pregnant at that age?

Google "survival of sperm in air" if you are interested in the science.  Having dried sperm on your hand from an hour earlier is not the unsafe thing, being only 14 with little or no education in human reproduction and doing things like handling a guy's penis who ejaculates is the unsafe thing.  You've got to get educated about protecting yourself from pregnancy, the guy you are with clearly does not feel any responsibility.  Try Planned Parenthood, they have good educational materials.

Not possible to be pregnant from that particular move.  However, it is possible to get pregnant if you keep doing things that involve your boyfriend ejaculating and you not being on birth control.  Get smart, sweetheart.  Say no until you are protected -- he clearly is not protecting you.
