Curious

Say you're about to have intercourse and the guy barely enters without a condom for a few seconds but doesn't penetrate, is there still a concern about becoming pregnant? Even though he didn't penetrate?

Of course. It's better to ask questions now and know about it, then for it to happen and then be stressed out about getting pregnant.

It is still possible to get pregnant that way, although it is not very likely. When ever a guy has an erection, there is something called pre-ejaculation that is present. It is the wetness that he secretes which makes it more comfortable to him when having sex. This pre-ejaculation had been said to contain sperm, and it does not matter if he pees beforehand or if he wipes it off(more will just come out and he can't feel when it happens). Any time semen/sperm come into contact with the vagina, you can get pregnant. It only takes one sperm to join with an  egg, so not much is needed. Although it is not likely to get pregnant this way, it's really not worth the risk and stress to do this. It's much easier to just use protection and not have the extra stress of wondering "what if". Plus, using condoms(from start to finish) will also protect against STDs, as well as pregnancy.
