I really dont have anybody to ask but you guys so thank you for the answers you have been giving me , but i cant eat ' nothing taste good everything from cereal , to chicken , to fastfoods ? Is there any suggestions on what i should and shouldnt eat ? C
You can eat seafood as long as it is cooked well or boiled right. Try to lay low on spicy food and junk food aslo try to eat healthy even though it can be hard
