You can NOT go based on symptoms. If you suspect pregnancy take an hpt 2 weeks after the last sexual act.

There are many signs of pregnancy: nausea (with or without vomiting), heartburn, indigestion, flatulence, and bloating are typical pregnancy symptoms associated with the gastrointestinal area.  There's also breast changes, fatigue, and frequent urination.  But here's the kicker, more than half of these listed symptoms are also associated with forthcoming menses, showing up 1-2 weeks before AF (Aunt Flow) starts.  So a stomach ache alone is not enough to start speculating pregnancy.
