Menstual bleeding or Implantation bleeding?

I'm 20yrs old and I'm bleeding now (June 1, 2014) I've experienced spotting at night before my period (May 30, 2014). (May 31, 2014) I started bleeding until now. But my bleeding is very light. Not that light though. Im still using a tampon. But my normal period is heavy. I dont know if its my menstrual bleeding or implantation bleeding. Had clots on it and im experiencing cramps. But the night of my spotting (May 30, 2014) I didnt sleep at all because I got scared of the spottig. The next day im bleeding. Does stress affect the flow?

Had unprotected sex during my period (April 30, 2014) that was my 5th day and its like im about to finish my period when we did it because after that my period stopped. Im aware that ovulation starts after 14 days of your last period. And my menstual cycle is REGULAR.

I took a pregnancy test (May 28 and May 30 morning before my spotting occured) I used first mornin urine and still negative. Can you help me? I'm scared and not yet ready to be pregnant.

I agree with the above poster. Stress can really effect your period.
You can not count on what you think is your safe time because you don't know for sure when you do ovulate. The best thing to do is either always, always use a condom, or get on some form of birth control. It's really not worth all of this stress you're under if you're not ready for a baby. Check out women's clinics in your area. planned parent hood is a good one because you can get free condoms and many times other forms of birth control for free.
It does sound like this is your period and you're not pregnant. To ease your mind you can test in about three weeks after your period has stopped. Any sooner than that you may not get correct results.

Stress can play a huge role on your menstral cycle yet you didn't miss it. I understand it can be nerve wrecking noticing how different it is but you're not pregnant you wouldve gotten a positive result by now. Wish you the best.

Im jut scared because i had this light bleeding that became spotting. Is it because im stress this past few days? I know my chances are very slim. Not all women get pregnant during their period. Not all women had implantation bleeding. And not all women gets negative result after 1 month. I mean, Ive been testin myself on may 28, may 30, june 2 and june 3. All of them were negative. Not even a slight chance of positive on my hpt.

I really want to ease mind but that bleeding really freaked me out. Stopped today. I try to take a test on Saturday. Hope that its negative. :| :)) xxxx

The clots in your bleeding were either a sign of your period or a very early miscarriage. You're not pregnant and there's less then 1% chance you'll get pregnant while on your period. I say that because you have your period due to an unfertilized egg and the egg can only survive 12-24 hours by the time you get your period its already been a few days since ovulation. Don't freak yourself out you're not pregnant.

Is the last time you had unprotected intercourse April 30th? If so, this can not be implantation bleeding. Not all women get this and if they do it will happen within 5 days of intercourse, not a month later.
Yes, you can take another test now. It could be that you gotten pregnant in April. It can take some women longer to get a positive pregnancy result. Also, some women can have spotting either the first month after getting pregnant, or, in rare cases have spotting all throughout their pregnancy.
If you test and get another negative and the last time you had unprotected intercourse was April 30th then it is most likely very accurate and you're not pregnant. Of course you can wait another week or so and test again. I've heard from many women here that the tests from the Dollar store are good, even the ones from Walmart are supposed to be just as good as the more costly ones. Just adding that in case you need to buy several.

You can get pregnant at any point in your cycle (even on your period!), so if you are not ready for a baby use protection.

Stress can effect your flow, but you may have tested too early. Wait another 3 days or so and test again.

Thanks for your reply. Im really waiting that someone would comment something.
Anyway, for more information my period last month was April 26. Then we had unprotected sex on April 30. He did not pulled it out. Because I really thought it was safe. I experienced sex while on my period before. And that was twice. And nothing happened. So I got confident.

But I have a normal menstrual cycle. I hope I'm just being PARANOID. Because my period is really lighter than my usual. Only half of my tampon are being consumed. Its my 2nd day of bleeding. Bbefore getting my period i got stressed because of thinkig that i might get pregnant. :(

Not all women ovulate 14 days after the start of their period. You would need to use an ovulation kit to know when you do ovulate for sure. Women can get pregnant right before, right after or even during their periods.
Can I ask if you're having unprotected intercourse? If you are then you will most likely end up pregnant.
It does sound like you got your period even though it wasn't different and lighter than usual. This can happen sometimes even if you're very regular and have heavy periods.
It's too soon for another pregnancy test. You will most likely have to wait another  weeks or so. In the mean time use condoms every single time you have intercourse. If you have a woman's clinic close to you then you can get condoms for free and other forms of birth control at little to no cost depending on your income.
Try not to stress because it can mess with your period. I think you're okay and not pregnant. Make sure to test again though just to be sure in about 3 weeks.
