Pelvic ultrasound worry

Is it possible that a pelvic ultrasound can miss a pregnancy???
done transabdominaly by a radiologist. Not sure if full or empty bladder

If pregnant it would be 15 weeks.

The report

1)uterus was normal in size shape and echotexture

2) endometrium echoline in midpart measuring 6mm

-both ovaries mildly enlarged with follicles

- no free fluid or follicular cyst & no solid mass lesion

no fibroid mass

I cant obtain a test right now. So i only have these results

Fifteen weeks is long enough that a pregnancy would be visible on an ultrasound. I looked it up on a pregnancy website and the baby would be the size of an orange at 15 weeks, which is 4 months and in the middle of the second trimester. The only way it could be hidden is if you had a large fibroid that was blocking the view. But the results specify there are no fibroids so there's nowhere for a baby to hide.
