WHAT iS GOiNG ON HERE?!?!ABNORMAL PREGNANCY OR MiSCARRiAGE?? 2 YOLK SACS NOW?!?

I have had 3 sonograms so far and they think I am approximately 9wks pregnant which they aren't sure of but that's what it is according to the first day of my last period. The baby has been measuring 4-5wks and isn't growing. The second sonogram showed a faint heartbeat, and my first sonogram there was no sign of heartbeat. Now, I had my third sonogram tonight where all of a sudden a second yolk sac appeared, but still it shows only one baby. Does anyone think I could be having twins? I'm not too sure but isn't that usually what two yolk sacs mean?? Either that or it's a really abnormal pregnancy. Where did this second yolk sac come from though?? If someone thinks it's a miscarriage please tell me. I think it is, but then I have some doubts because of that second yolk sac. Plus, once again the technician couldn't find a heartbeat, but that isn't much of a surprise to me because she couldn't find it during the first one either. Also, I would like to add that my HGC level is extremely high- 50,000. They tested it last Thursday.

FIrst of all i would go for a second oppinion with out your mum!!!!
And i would demand answer's....
Is you HCG level doubling every 48-72 hours???
I personaly wouldn't be to worried not to hear or see a heartbeat your still early enough
for it not to alway's be seen....
But the fact that you now have 2 yoke sac's would say to me give your body a bit of time and see what happen's....if it's not ment to be nature will take course, as there in your womb if your pregnancy isn't viable your body will react.
Doctor's and sounographer's aren't alway's right!!!!!

Actually my gyn/ob is not the one to ask what's going on because she said it's a miscarriage and I should be getting a D&C as soon as possible. She's on the same side as my mom though, she doesn't want me having the baby. So, I feel like they're lying to me, and I know doctors can't lie because they would lose their license BUT she has my mom come into the room every time too, and lets her know what's going on without my consent, so legally she can't do that either you know. I told my a friend of mine that already has 3 kids, and she said I shouldn't listen to either them and that I'm having twins. My friend is also scheduling me an emergency doctors appointment in the morning so I can see what really is going on. Then I have an appointment again tomorrow with my regular gyn/ob too so I guess I'll see what happens!!!

I really have no idea what could be going on what did your doc say?  It really dosnt sound like a miscarriage. Sorry I am not much help.
