anyone taking teen chilbirth classes?

I'm starting one on Wednesday, so I was wondering if anyone else was taking one, and if so what their experience was/is. I know it's a little early (I'll be 21 weeks when it starts), but I like to be prepared.

Well congratulations first of all =) My sister was 16 when she had her baby and I went with her to her Prenatal/ Child birth classes. It prepares you for everything actually, my sister said that had it not been for those classes, she would not have known what to expect during birth and throughout her pregnancy all together. The classes are advantagous and very helpful they will ease a few things in your mind. Good luck with everything!

I'm not a teen (23), but I'm also pregnant and taking childbirth classes, most hospitals require at least one, but I'm just taking it because I want to be prepared. I'm 26 weeks, and my hospital only offers it every other month, I'm due in July but I'm taking the class at the beginning of June - because that's the earliest I can take it. I don't think it matters that you're taking it early, just as long as you take one so labor will be easier for you. What are you having a boy or girl? Or are you not finding out?
