well im 16 and lately my stomcah cramps up but im not on my period..My breast feel tender from time to time..am always light headed..i get tired real quick..whats wrong with me.but i havent missed a period

so as of right now i am cramping up. but im not supposed to get my period for another week or so. me and my boy friend usually use protection but there has been a few times when we havent. i have gotten all of my periods before. i have never missed one. i was just wondering what do these early cramps mean?
