Is there a chance I'm pregnant?

Hello, I am new to this site and was hoping to get some help/answers.

I'm 18 years old, and I'm worried about being pregnant.

In January, my boyfriend and I were a little more active than usual, and he fingered me. After that I worried that he touched his semen before doing so. I took a blood pregnancy test about a month later and it came out negative. Just this month I took another one in case the first one was wrong. It was also negative.

However, I've been feeling a bubbly sensation in my stomach lately. It feels as though bubbles are passing through, and it makes noises too.

Also, my stomach looks a larger than it normally does, I'm usually very skinny but my I seem to have a belly lately.

I can't talk to my parents about these things, they would flip out, but I really am scared.

If anyone could please help me, I'd really appreciate it.

two tests being wrong? near impossible. if it was one test i'd say test again. but 2....i'd trust it. you can always request a 3rd if you doubt they're right.

if you have gotten two negative blood tests your not pregnant.

Just a little more information,

I have gotten my period these last two weeks, but it has been rather light, and doesn't last more than 3 days-ish


&& to clarify, there was no actual intercourse between my partner and myself & I did get my period about 3-4 days after the fingering
