So I am fourteen and expecting any special percausions ill have to or new to or should take?

Don't stress out too much. Unexpected pregnancy is scary no matter how old you are. There's a lot of worry and concern that comes with being pregnant, especially if it's your first time. Don't take ibuprofin or aspirin. They can cut off blood flow/oxygen to your baby. Look into getting prenatal vitamins and take them daily. Start doing slight stretching/exercising more often. Walking is a great thing to do when pregnant, it makes labor a lot easier. Definitely start putting lotion on your thighs, stomach, upper arms, and back twice a day. This helps with stretch marks greatly. I hope some of this helped, you can inbox me anytime.

I think you also can't have ibuprofen or aspirin.  Tylenol is okay though.  I had headaches before and during pregnancy so was glad I could at least take Tylenol.  

Get lots of rest and if you get queasy in the stomach, carry around crackers.  It helped me to never have a fully empty stomach.  good luck

Don't eat anything with raw or undercooked egg. Don't eat raw fish. Have your meat well done. Don't handle cats litter. Drink plenty of water/fruit juice/milk. Try not to have too much caffeine. A little bit is ok

Take prenatals beginning yesterday, no alcohol, no being near smokers, all of those are basics.  See your doctor soon.
