question regarding delayed period and bleeding

warning! this may be tmi !
about this same time last month I had some sexual experience with my boyfriend but he did not penetrate me, he just fingered me. After that experience I bled for the two days following that (somewhat light bleeding) then a week later it seemed like I bled again for another day (but it was this bloody dark brownish discharge). Now that only lasted for one day, now I was supposed to get my period two weeks ago, and I know it is just not possible to get pregnant from fingering so pregnancy did not even cross my mind. But what is happening to me now, is that, my bowel movements have been very irregular lately (slight constipation), my acne fired up, and I have been losing weight despite stopping excercising due to my hectic schedule (college classes, cna classes, and relationship stuff) I was just wondering could the whole missed period and other symptoms be caused by stress? or is there something else i should be worried about?
i did not think i would be too stressed out, but my mom mentioned it, so i was just wondering..

I actually took two pregnancy tests, and they both came out negative (just in case). So i'm really guessing it's just from stress.

It could easily be from stress... Though if there was any way in which ejaculation got in or around the opening of your vagina, than pregnancy is a possibility. You can take a home pregnancy test to put your mind at ease.
