Help..Info PLZ!

Well here's my situation...I'm feeling very anxious about getting pregnant...I got caught up in a moment with my boyfriend...but he we didn't have actual sex...we were just touching and stuff but I ended up jacking him off...he was kinda near to me when he came but we never had any actual genital contact...I didn't worry because genital contact must take place for it to happen and now I'm trying to convince myself that it's almost impossible because we didn't have sexual contact..I was a week late for my period..but I finally got it..here's my doubt..
Would it be possible to get a normal 7 days period and be pregnant? I know some women still have their "period" and are pregnant but some explain that it is lighter or and shorter...Help plz...Or am I just being super paranoid? I don't want to be get pregnant at a young age that's why I abstained to have actual intercourse...
