Been on higher dose for over 3 weeks now and feel no change.

I thought by now I would feel some changes.  I went from  50 mcg to 125 mcg daily (synthroid). For a couple days I had energy and dizziness due to the huge increase but after that I was back to all hypo symptoms. I actually feel worse. No energy, numbness in hands and feet, tired all day long, high anxiety, depression, etc. Just can't get off my butt.  The facial ticks have not gotten better with the magnesium & calcium. I will be calling the dr tomorrow to let her know.

If the meds are not working yet could it mean its still not enough?

yes I take the meds at 6am, eat at 9am (dr said I can eat 30 min after taking meds but I wait) and I take the supplements 5 hours after meds.

I would give your MD a call just to be on the safe side, some take up to the six week period, but you should notice some inprovement by then, are you taking the med without food and no supplements or fiber for four hours after? Good Luck FTB4
