I went to the pcp because i had been coughing for a couple months to the point of vomiting. She felt my neck and felt a lump so sent me to get ultrasound.
I got the ultrasound report back and im more confused.
They say all is good on the right side. But on the left side it says that i have a mildy enlarged and abnormally appearing left cervical lymph node. In more detail it says additionally there was a reniform shaped hypoechoic structure without definable hilum containing mild internal vascularity that measured 2.0x0.9x1.3cm the exact location is not clear.
Also something about more lymph nodes that were fatty hila or something like that.
Im not asking if i have cancer i see the ENT i was reffered too next week, but the wait is killling me.
Also blood work should increased RDW and increased neurophil and decreased lymphocytes and very decreased vitamin D. Dont know if those have anything to do with anything.
