Cold Feet @ Cold Hands???

I'm just Curious Why am always  Cold feet Cold Hands?, Yes theres a AC here, but why my family here their hands its normal.& am the only one having a cold feet cold hands always, im trying to figure it out why always cold Hands & feet, its annoying :-(

Raynaud's Syndrome can be cause cold feet and hands?
i read some article about Raynaud's Syndrome, some hypothyroid patient experiencing a cold feet cold hands of course sensitivity to the cold, if symptoms continue a cold feet cold hands Raynaud's Syndrome can be one of the reason? so thats why im always cold hands & feet? or just one of a hypothyroid symptoms only?

So far i dont feel any  strange symptoms, & i always take my medication thyrax (150mcg) every 5am,

but if my thyrax gone im gonna choose synthroid well another adjustment? how long will adjust i have no idea.

anyway im just curious about why  feeling  cold in the hands and feet always?
is anyone experiencing like a cold feet cold hands too?

I surely can relate, I posted similar question, since my thyroid was removed my hands/feet were cold like ice for wks !!  After med increase 6 wks ago, slightly getting better, but nothing to cheer about, Lol !!  

Now my body is beginning to warm up, I start burning up, sometimes sweat, like I'm sitting in an oven.  Mild cold hand/feet, body burning up.  Must be my body is adjusting to new med dose.  But my hands/feet alway's cold upon waking.      

What helps me alot is spending time outdoors in sunlight, I live in Tx so the heat helps warm me up.

Yes both magnesium and hypothyroidism can cause cold hands. My hands are cool but my feet are cold.  Feet still on the foot heater! :)

were both same always you have cold feet hands too?
